We do what we do to make children happy. We give toys to underprivileged families with children, as well as child-focused services and community groups operating in Bexley.
Helping to fight the global problem of plastic waste
We want to help reduce the number of plastic toys sent to landfill or incinerated. We never turn a good toy away and will work to the best of our abilities to increase the longevity of a toy’s life.
Turn Around Toys Bexley is a non-profit organisation that is devoted to making a positive impact in our community. Our mission is clear: rescuing unwanted toys and giving them a new lease on life. We understand the joy that toys bring to children, and we are determined to ensure that no toy goes to waste.
We rescue toys that are no longer being used or that are broken. Instead of allowing these toys to end up in landfills, we believe in the power of repurposing. We refurbish and repair toys to the best of our ability.
We firmly believe that every child should have the opportunity to experience the wonder of play, regardless of their circumstances. That is why all our refurbished toys are donated to deserving local families and organisations for free.
But our work goes beyond just providing toys. We also strive to create sustainable change in our community. By raising awareness about the importance of toy recycling, upcycling and repairing and encouraging others to get involved, we hope to inspire a culture of giving and compassion. Together, we can make a difference, one toy at a time.
